Due to our pools being made of acid-proof stainless steel, they have a considerably longer lifespan than traditional pools and spas made of plastic.

It's a material that, due to its chemical composition and alloy of different metals like chrome, nickel, and molybdenum, is extremely resistant. Therefore, it's a perfect material for manufacturing pools intended for long-term exposure to chemicals, sun, and temperature changes.

If you were to get a scratch or similar damage that would typically decrease value, it can be eliminated with a polishing cloth.

So, you need to consider minimal depreciation.

Property Value

Thanks to the relatively low initial investment cost compared to the value and luxury of a stainless steel pool, you generally get leverage on the property value.

We've spoken to several real estate agents who say:

”If you're wondering if the investment pays off, I think it's completely risk-free. The big win is that it can look very nice and give a luxurious and inviting impression with a terrace with a pool, and it can affect a lot in a bidding if the speculators like your investment, then it can end anywhere.”

”I think it's a sensible investment. It lifts the terrace/house by having something luxurious without it costing a fortune. Probably the buyers will appreciate the luxury and pay extra. A pool, on the other hand, if it costs a total of 3-400,000 SEK, is a more uncertain investment.”

”In general, a nice little pool probably increases the value many times more than it costs, provided the house is not completely misplaced otherwise.

By the way, it sounds both technically good with stainless steel and is both sustainable and aesthetically pleasing.”

Personal Time

Stainless steel pools are luxury and usually come with a high price tag, so the value of your investment initially is higher than what you pay.

Provided you don't count your own time in money, the pool has a higher value when installed and ready.

Well-being

Last but not least, your and your family's well-being cannot be priced.

In a stressful society, relaxing moments where we unwind and recuperate become increasingly important. There are, of course, many ways to do this, and one way is to slip into a warm outdoor bath, put on some soothing music, and lean back.

Or why not invite close friends you enjoy spending time with, turn up the music a bit, and have something cold to drink, which provides a nice contrast to the warm water.
