Description

Article no.: 150001

The stove is made of high-quality marine aluminum, which is characterized by high corrosion resistance and fast heat exchange. Wood length 55cm. The stove is equipped with an internal pipe with a diameter of 105 mm. Inside, the stove is equipped with a cast iron grate and a steel flame deflector. The steel front panel is surface-treated with a durable and heat-resistant powder coating. A 2 meter high stainless steel chimney is included. The stove is delivered without a hose. Connection pipe in the stove is ø50mm. A common question we get is: How long is the heating time? The question has no good answer and cannot be said exactly as there are many factors that come into play when talking about warm-up time. What kind of wood do you burn with, how often do you put in new wood, what starting temperature is in the water, with or without a circulation pump, but above all what temperature is the surroundings. We decided to test in an insulated Hot Tub complete A01, in the picture above you can see our result. When the fire started, the pool was 12°, we fired with mixed wood and had the circulation pump running. It took us about 4 hours. At the time of the test it was 9° in the air, cloudy and blowing 4 m/s. Some tips for shortening the heating time are: •Soot the stove at regular intervals, as soot and other deposits conduct the heat less well. •Use lid, heat rises. •A good fire smokes minimally, if it bulges out of the chimney, the fire is not good. This may be due to an overcrowded stove or sour wood. •Use circulation pump. •Insulate hoses, filters and stove. •Insulate the barrel, either with our insulation kit or another type of insulation. •Buy an electric heater and set the thermostat to basic heating. ATTENTION! The stove must have water circulation when burning, otherwise it will break. Either circulation pump or self-circulation. Self-circulation is achieved when the stove is placed with its connections between those of the pool. From the lower connection out of the pool sloping upwards to the lower connection on the stove, out of the upper connection on the stove sloping upwards to the upper connection to the pool. As hot water rises, self-circulation occurs. The circulation pump must always be placed before the heat source. More information can be found in the user manual that comes with your pool.
